Service Booking and Fulfillment

Once your service is booked, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of the date, time, and type of service. We always strive to deliver every service on time and with high quality. If any changes to the schedule occur, we will notify you immediately and arrange a new convenient time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time with no penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 fee. Rescheduling: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your service. Same-day rescheduling requests may also result in a $50 fee.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle/Venmo payments. Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed. A deposit may be required for large-scale or special projects. All prices are listed before taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Service Satisfaction and Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days. We will offer a free re-service to address the issue. If the problem persists, we will issue a full or partial refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Liability and Limitations

While we take great care with all customer belongings, FRESHWAVE cleaners is not responsible for: Damage caused by pre-existing wear, age, or permanent stains that cannot be removed. Materials with hidden defects, unstable dyes, or prior damage. Issues that occur if the customer does not follow post-cleaning care instructions (e.g., walking on wet carpets).

Before and After Care Guidelines

Before our arrival:
- Remove small items, cords, and objects that block access to cleaning areas.
- Ensure that there is sufficient space and electrical access for equipment.
After cleaning:
- Avoid walking on cleaned areas for 4–6 hours, until fully dry.
- Do not move furniture back until the material has completely dried.
- Keep the room ventilated to speed up drying time.

Health and Safety

Your safety and our team’s safety are our top priorities. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products, safe for children and pets. All equipment is disinfected after every service. Our technicians receive regular health and safety training.

Environmental Commitment

At FRESHWAVE cleaners, we are dedicated to sustainable and eco-conscious practices: We use cleaning products certified by EPA Safer Choice / Green Seal. Our technology minimizes water and chemical usage. We actively reduce plastic and single-use materials in our operations.

Photo and Testimonial Consent

We may use before-and-after photos of completed work only with your verbal or written consent. No personal data, addresses, or names will ever be published without permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Personal data (name, phone number, address, service history) is used solely to deliver our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except trusted partners (payment processors, IT support). You may contact us at any time to update or delete your personal data.
